Adjusting the Temperature
The temperature is controlled by a remote control which detects and automatically adjusts based on the temperature setting on the remote. The temperature is set to maintain a cool temperature. Please only slightly adjust the temperature by incrasing or decrasing the temperature by 1 or 2 degrees. During July & August where temperatures reach over 90 degrees, please keep the blinds and interior doors closed in order to maintain a comfortable temperature when you are not at the apartment during the hottest times of the day.
Let there be light
If you are arriving in the evening or plan to return after dark, please use the exterior lighting. This video shows how to turn the exterior lighting on.

Not sure how to operate the Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee maker? Watch this short tutorial on how to brew a cup of coffee. Please note, the Vertuo Plus coffee maker has mechanical features that allow for easy touches. When opening the machine to insert the pod, only a gentle touch against the lever is needed.
